DTH impactors are widely used in geotechnical engineering, with various hard, high hardness and other hard rocks with poor toughness. The DTH impactor is used with DTH drilling rigs and DTH drill bits, and is mainly suitable for mining, marble, quarry blasting, water well drilling and other engineering construction. Its main features are as follows：
1. The drill bit does not require a nylon tube, thus eliminating the trouble of nylon tube fracture, damage, and “hard air” due to thermal expansion and contraction.
2. The impactor has low energy consumption and high impact frequency, and the drilling speed is 15%-30% faster than that of the same type of impactor with nylon tube.
3. The structure is very simple, the reliability of the components is good, the life of the impactor is long, the maintenance is simple, and the cost is low.
4. There are few parts used, the structure is simple, and all parts are hardened. Therefore, the working life is long, there are fewer failures, and the maintenance is convenient.
